Application

Si-Ca alloy is mainly composed of silicon and calcium elements, There are two kinds of physical state of the block and powder. The Ca content is 24-31%, Si content is 55-65%.

1 In the steel industry,used as deoxidizer,desulfurizer and denaturation of non-metallic inclusions

2 It is suitable for warming agent in converter steelmaking plant

3 In cast iron production,the calcium silicon alloy have inoculation effect.helped to form fine grained or spheroidal graphite; in the grey cast iron Graphite distribution uniformity,reduce chilling tendency,and can increase silicon,desulfurization,improve the quality of cast iron.
